Listed below are some of the jobs I have completed this year.

--- Removed an old air conditioner from a sleeve then insulated the sleeve with rigid foam board and mineral wool insulation.

--- Solved a mouse problem in a basement, removed some fiberglass insulation then installed some mineral wool insulation.

--- Replaced a water supply line valve and supply line on a toilet then replaced the guts.

--- Replaced and painted a door and some trim chewed by a dog.

--- Repaired and painted some trim chewed by a dog.

--- Reinstalled some large drapery rod hooks.

--- Rehung some blinds.

--- Spent a day with my backhoe repositioning and piling snow on 2 of my commercial customer's properties.

--- Spent 3 days with my helper Brian prepping a second floor apartment to be rented.

--- Replaced 1 valve on a steam radiator and 3 air vents on steam radiators.

--- Cleaned a dryer and replaced 1 ribbed dryer exhaust vent (dangerous-against code) with 1 magvent and 4" vent pipes.

--- Relocated a dryer outlet and a washing machine outlet due to a contractor's error. Also added an electrical outlet to a broom closet. Installed an exterior dryer vent.

--- Spent a day plowing 8 driveways.

--- Worked patching a plaster ceiling with drywall in a first floor bathroom that was damaged from a water leak from a bathroom located above.

--- Relocated an electrical outlet in a broom closet.

--- Placed a second coat of mud on the bathroom ceiling damaged by the water leak from the bathroom located above.

--- Sanded the ceiling, then placed a third coat of mud on the bathroom ceiling damaged by the water leak from the bathroom located above.

--- Sanded the ceiling, then placed a fourth and final coat of mud on the bathroom ceiling damaged by the water leak from the bathroom located above.

--- Improved a steel fire door structurally speaking (added a piece of steel inside the bottom of the door) at the UPS store in Darien.

--- Removed lots of dry rot, then filled 3 large holes in a set of patio doors. Then, cut away and removed a bad threshold on that same set of patio doors.

--- Installed a saddle and a draft stopper under and on a fire door at the UPS store in Darien.

--- Sanded the ceiling the fourth and final coat of mud on the bathroom ceiling damaged by the water leak from the bathroom located above.

--- Replaced a ruptured exterior water supply line for a garden hose. Also added a ball valve on the inside of the house. Also worked on the 3 large holes in a set of patio doors.

--- Worked on the 3 large holes in a set of patio doors. Shaved the top of a closet door. Also did some drywall repair work inside another closet.

--- Removed and replaced an 1 1/4" copper waste pipe all the way to the waste stack.

--- Moved a hot and cold water line along with the waste pipe connection for a new bathroom vanity.

--- Reworked some lighting above the stairs going down to the basement.

--- Reworked some lighting on a porch and added an outlet and a switch.

--- Hung 2 10' shades on a porch.

--- Painted some patio doors.

--- Prepped for replacement and temporarily supported a column supporting a second story room that is cantilevered.

--- Hand dug a footing for a column that supports a second story room that is cantilevered.

--- Poured the footing for the column that supports a second story room that is cantilevered.

--- Dismantled and removed a large deli case for Village Bagel in Norwalk.

--- Knocked down and cut up a large dieing tree

--- Knocked down and cut up a whole bunch of trees prepping for a driveway cut.

--- Installed new post on top of footing supporting second story room that is cantilevered.

--- Began demoing large IPE deck for rebuild.

--- Continued demoing large IPE deck for rebuild.

--- Began rebuilding large IPE deck.

--- Planted large Kwanzan cherry tree.

--- Continued rebuilding large IPE deck.

--- Moved 3 sprinkler heads.

--- Continued rebuilding large IPE deck.

--- Began demoing a master bathroom.

--- Continued demoing a master bathroom.

--- Built a five point shower pan for master bathroom shower.

--- Began installing ipe on deck.

--- Removed 40+ year old shower valve, replaced with new one, also installed 2 shut off valves.
